During the Holiday Season

I pray everyone continues to stay safe and well and watch over one another. I wish you all a warm, healthy and joyful holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving! Happy Chanukah! Merry Christmas! and Blessings in the New Year for each and every one! My heart is truly full of love and gratitude; May you all feel the same!

I am still teaching Yoga classes on Zoom through Massapequa Library and the next session’s registration starts now for the January – February 2022 session. I also teach a Hybrid (in person and Zoom) Yoga class for Gold Coast Library in Glen Head. Glen Head residents register with the Library for the March – April 2022 Hybrid session!

Also, look for the Massapequa Adult Education brochure online or in the mail for In-person (limited to 16 per class) classes starting March 2022. All classes subject to change with CDC regulations.

I am also planning an Astrology course via Zoom early 2022. Please leave your information below if you are interested. I continue to do online Astrology readings using Zoom, by phone, and in-person too. For more information or to contact me about these, please check out my Yoga and Astrology pages as well as my class schedule.

Attention all students

Many of you know Teresa Agolia who has been a yoga student through the Massapequa library and Adult Education for many years. Teresa and her husband’s car was struck by a drunk driver on August 6th. They sustained serious injuries. Her husband is home with a fractured sternum, but Teresa is still in Intensive Care with head trauma and a fractured pelvis. It is their daughter’s wish and mine that we send many prayers and healing energy to Teresa and her family. Thank-you all. Namaste’

A note of gratitude

I wanted to express my appreciation for the texts, emails, phone calls and zoom expressions of kindness, caring, love and support. We have quite a family of Zoom Yogis (and Astrology students), and a world of people, who have all been sharing these extraordinary times. Through it all, I see that fear can send us in some dark directions, but Love is always there, a constant candle that enlightens. It is the way and means to help ourselves and one another. Thank you for practicing calm and shining your Love.
